#AtoZChallenge – H is for Hiking
Last Saturday the pups and I went hiking at Little Big Econ. We haven’t been in a while. As it turned out, we didn’t pick the best day for it. It rained. But it was still nice to get out, for the most part we had the trail to ourselves, and it felt good to get out of the city for a bit.

They were until it started raining. The bigger ones didn’t mind but the little Diva dogs don’t do rain or mud.

We took our dog on vacation to the mountains and hiked with him every day. It was so funny. There were four of us, and he has some shepherd in his blood so while we’d hike 4.6 miles, he’d hike about 9.2, constantly running up to the person in front and then returning for the person in back to make sure everyone stayed together. Great times, thanks for reminding me!

My dogs love getting out and about too. And in spite of the rain, I bet it was a beautiful day!
